Stampin’ Up! Peace This Christmas

I used the Stampin’ Up! Peace This Christmas, Falling Flowers and Holly Jolly Greetings stamp sets to create my card to share today.

Peace This Christmas - Stamp With Amy K

My card design was inspired by Global Design Project #44.

The theme for my card was inspired by Stamp Ink Paper Challenge #56.

Screen Shot 2016-07-15 at 8.04.36 PM

I started by stamping the snowflake image from the Peace This Christmas stamp set randomly across a panel of Island Indigo card stock in VersaMark Ink.  Then I stamped the dot and star image from the Holly Jolly Greetings stamp set in VersaMark Ink over the snowflake images.  I sprinkled the images with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed them.

Peace This Christmas 1 - Stamp With Amy K

I stamped the sentiment from the Peace This Christmas stamp set in VersaMark Ink on the Island Indigo panel and embossed it with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder.  I adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Whisper White card stock with SNAIL and then to a Garden Green card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Peace This Christmas 3 - Stamp With Amy K

I stamped the branch image from the Falling Flowers stamp set in Garden Green ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock.  I used a Blender Pen and a little more Garden Green ink to color the image and then cut it out with the matching May Flowers Framelits die.  I snipped the end off the die cut and adhered it with Glue Dots to the card front.

Peace This Christmas 2 - Stamp With Amy K

I cut the ornament pieces from Gold and Silver Foil Sheets and Red Glimmer Paper.  I adhered the pieces of the ornament together with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and then to the card front with snipped up Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I placed the hook die cut over the branch and adhered it with a dot of Multipurpose Liquid Glue to finish the card front.

Peace This Christmas 4 - Stamp With Amy K

I stamped the sentiment from the Peace This Christmas stamp set in Garden Green ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock.  I stamped the snowflake and dot images that I’d used on the front of the card in Island Indigo ink (stamped off once) across the Whisper White panel and then adhered the panel inside the card.
