I used the Stampin’ Up! Basket Bunch stamp set bundle from the upcoming 2017 Occasions Catalog to create my card to share today.
My card design was inspired by My Favorite Things Wednesday Sketch Challenge 312.
I started by adhering a panel from the Tasty Treats Specialty DSP (available Jan 4) to a panel of Whisper White card stock with SNAIL and then to a Watermelon Wonder card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I cut a panel of Pear Pizzazz card stock twice with the grass die from the Basket Builder Framelits Dies (available Jan 4). I stamped the sentiment from the Basket Bunch photopolymer stamp set (available Jan 4) in Chocolate Chip ink on the bottom of one of the die cuts and then adhered the die cuts across the card front with SNAIL. I trimmed the excess with a Paper Snips prior to adhering the die cuts.
I stamped the basket images from the Basket Bunch stamp set in Chocolate Chip ink on a panel of Crumb Cake card stock and cut them out with the matching Basket Builder Framelits dies. I stamped the flower images on Whisper White card stock in Basic Gray Archival ink and watercolored them with Peekaboo Peach, Watermelon Wonder and Pear Pizzazz inks and an Aqua Painter.
Once the images were dry I cut them out with the matching Basket Builder Framelits Dies and then adhered them together and to the back of the basket die cut with Glue Dots. I adhered the basket to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I adhered a Peekaboo Peach enamel dot from the 2016-2018 Enamel Shapes pack to the center of the two flowers and then tied a small bow from Gold 1/4″ Natural Trim and adhered it to the basket handle with a rolled up Glue Dot.
I stamped the flower, stems and grass images from the Basket Bunch stamp set in Pear Pizzazz and Watermelon Wonder inks on a panel of Whisper White card stock inside the card.
