I used the Stampin’ Up! Falling For You and Delicate Details stamp sets to create a celebration card to share with you today.
My card design was inspired by Global Design Project GDP072.
I started by lining the stamps from the Delicate Details photopolymer stamp set (Sale-a-bration exclusive stamp set) up across the largest Acrylic Block. I inked the stamps with Whisper White Stampin’ Craft Ink and stamped it across a panel of Sahara Sand card stock three times.
I let the ink dry completely and then wrapped a strand of Watermelon Wonder 5/8″ Mini Striped Ribbon around the panel and adhered it with SNAIL. I adhered the stamped panel to a Sahara Sand card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I stamped the sentiment from the Falling For You stamp set in Early Espresso ink on a panel of Sahara Sand card stock and cut it out with a square Stitched Shapes Framelits Die. I cut butterflies from Pink Pirouette, Blushing Bride, Flirty Flamingo and Watermelon Wonder card stocks with the Timeless Tags Thinlits Die and then adhered them with a touch of Multipurpose Liquid Glue to the sentiment panel. I added a Rhinestone Basic Jewel next to the sentiment to finish the card front.
I stamped the image from the Delicate Details stamp set in Sahara Sand ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock and then added a few more die cut butterflies on the inside of the card.
You can see a complete list of supplies, including card stock cuts, at the very bottom of this post.

Stampin’ Up! items used to create this project:
wow, that’s pretty, it popped right off the page!…beautiful colour combo Miss Amy
Thanks Sandi! 🙂
Thanks so much! 🙂
Striking! I shy away from the white craft ink, but I am going to try again.
Thanks Margaret! The only tip that I have for using it is to make sure that you reink the ink pad often. Mine seems to need it every time I use it. 🙂
Delicate Details make such a pretty background! My white craft ink is still in the wrapper…..time to open it up!
Most definitely time to open it up! Thanks Linda. 🙂
Oh so pretty! Love you background using the delicate details stamps!
Thanks so much Jennifer! 🙂

amy, you are one outstanding designer. this card is just beautiful. dont know if i have the courage to try it or not, lining up THREE wiggly pp stamps. love love love everything about it. the butterflies esp pretty on the sahara sand. i am thinking i am going to have to give this a try WHEN i finish my valentine cards. what a gorgeous anniversary card!!!
Thanks Jo Ann! It’s actually fairly easy to line up the photopolymers. Just place them with the image side down on your work surface (the Grid Sheets work great since they have lines to guide you) an press the block over the top. Then they’re all lined up and ready to go! 🙂
thanks, amy, for the encouragement. i LIKE the word easy :)))
Me too! 🙂
Absolutely gorgeous Amy! It does pop right off the page 🙂 Those butterflies are beautiful and I love the detail that they added to the sentiment panel. Thanks for the tip about the white craft ink, I’m going to try to case this card…. Oh wait, I’ve got to get the dies, lol 😉
