I used the Stampin’ Up! Lift Me Up stamp set to create a clean and simple card to share today.

My card design was inspired by CAS(E) this Sketch #207.

I started by stamping the images from the Lift Me Up stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Watercolor Paper.  I sprinkled them with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed them.

I wet the watercolor panel completely with just water and an Aqua Painter and then I added Soft Sky ink over the background around the balloon and cloud images.  I used an Aqua Painter and Peekaboo Peach, Flirty Flamingo and Sweet Sugarplum inks to add color to the balloons.  I let the image dry completely and then adhered it to a panel of Soft Sky card stock with Fast Fuse Adhesive.

I stamped the sentiment in VersaMark ink on a strip of White Vellum, sprinkled it with White Stampin’ Embossing Powder and heat embossed it.  I punched the end of the vellum strip with the Banner Triple Punch and I adhered it to the card front with a rolled up Glue Dot under the stamped words.

I tied a strand of Whisper White Baker’s Twine to a paper clip from the Mini Paper Clips Combo pack and then slid the clip over the sentiment strip.  I adhered the layered panel to a Flirty Flamingo card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals and I added three Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card front to finish it.

I stamped the balloon and cloud images from the Lift Me Up stamp set in Flirty Flamingo, Peekaboo Peach and Soft Sky inks on a Whisper White panel inside the card.
