I used the Stampin’ Up! Fabulous Flamingo stamp set to create a fun congratulations card to share with you today.

The flamingo on my card was inspired by The Paper Players PP349.

I started by stamping the water image from the Fabulous Flamingo photopolymer stamp set in Tranquil Tide ink on a Whisper White card stock panel.  I adhered a Post-It Note over the stamped water image and then I stamped the flamingo images from the Fabulous Flamingo stamp set in Powder Pink, Flirty Flamingo and Tuxedo Black Memento inks on the Whisper White card stock panel.

I removed the Post It Note mask and stamped the grass image from the Fabulous Flamingo stamp set in Pear Pizzazz ink around the water images.  Then I stamped the palm leaf repeatedly in Pear Pizzazz, Lemon Lime Twist and Tranquil Tide inks around the edges of the card.

I stamped the sentiment from the Fabulous Flamingo stamp set in VersaMark Ink, sprinkled it with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed it.  Then I sponged Lemon Lime Twist and Tranquil Tide inks around the edges of the panel.  I adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Gold Foil Sheets with SNAIL and then to a Flirty Flamingo card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals to finish it.

I stamped the sentiment from the Fabulous Flamingo stamp set in VersaMark Ink and heat embossed it with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder on a Whisper White card stock panel.  Then I stamped the flamingo again in Powder Pink, Flirty Flamingo and Tuxedo Black Memento inks to finish the inside of the card.
