I used the new Carols of Christmas stamp set bundle that will be available from Stampin’ Up! in August to create a clean and simple holiday card to share with you today.

My card design was inspired by Stamp Ink Paper #107.  I went across the top row.

I started by cutting the moon and stars from a panel of Night of Navy card stock with the Card Front Builder Thinlits Die (available August 1).  Then I stamped the sentiment from the Carols of Christmas stamp set (available August 1) in VersaMark ink on the panel, sprinkled it with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed it.

I adhered a piece of Gold Foil Sheets behind the die cut area on the panel, then wrapped a strand of Linen Thread around the panel and tied a bow.  I adhered the stamped panel to a Night of Navy card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I cut the trees from Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper and the deer from Gold Foil Sheets with the Card Front Builder Thinlits Dies and adhered them with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front to finish it.

I stamped the images from the Carols of Christmas stamp set in Soft Suede and Crushed Curry inks on a panel of Whisper White card stock inside the card.

Tomorrow is our last day in Thailand and then we hop on an airplane to take that LONG 24-hour flight back home again  We get back late on Sunday evening!
