We are back with another Stamp to Share International Design Team Blog Hop with Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from all over the world!  This month we’re featuring the Hearts Come Home stamp set bundle.  Here is my project:

I started by stamping the Santa, stars and moon images from the Hearts Come Home stamp set in VersaMark Ink across a panel of watercolor paper.  I heat embossed the images with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and then wet the entire panel with just water and an Aqua Painter.  I added Island Indigo ink, Flirty Flamingo ink and Soft Sky ink across the panel.

As my watercolor panel was drying, I cut two panels of Soft Sky card stock with the Hometown Greetings Edgelits Dies.  I stamped the sentiment from the Hearts Come Home stamp set in VersaMark ink on one of the panels, sprinkled it with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed it.

I adhered the two die cut panels to the watercolor panel with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and trimmed the excess so that the die cuts were even with the edges of the panel.  I adhered the watercolor paper panel to a Flirty Flamingo card stock panel with Multipurpose Liquid Glue, then wrapped a strand of Flirty Flamingo Baker’s Twine around it and tied a bow.  I adhered the layered panel to an Island Indigo card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then added an Island Indigo enamel heart from the Regals Enamel Shapes pack next to the sentiment to finish it.

I stamped the sentiment and houses in Island Indigo and Soft Sky inks on a panel of Whisper White card stock inside the card.
