I used the Stampin’ Up! Waterfront stamp set from the upcoming 2018 Occasions Catalog to create a birthday card to share with you today.

My card design was loosely inspired by Freshly Made Sketches #317.

I started by adhering a panel from the True Gentleman DSP (available Jan 3) to a Tranquil Tide card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I adhered a smaller panel from that DSP pack over the card front with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I stamped the images from the Waterfront photopolymer stamp set (available Jan 3) in Tranquil Tide (stamped off twice for the larger water image), Night of Navy, Crumb Cake, Pear Pizzazz, Chocolate Chip and Crushed Curry inks on a panel of Very Vanilla card stock.  I adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Night of Navy card stock with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I stamped the sentiment from the Feather Together photopolymer stamp set in Tranquil Tide ink on a panel of Crumb Cake card stock and then adhered it to the Very Vanilla card stock panel with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I tied one of the True Gentleman Buttons (available Jan 3) to the panel with a strand of Linen Thread and then adhered the panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Perennial Birthday stamp set in Tranquil Tide ink and the images from the Waterfront stamp set in Pear Pizzazz, Crumb Cake, Tranquil Tide and Chocolate Chip inks on a Very Vanilla card stock panel inside the card.
