I used the Stampin’ Up! Cozy Cottage host exclusive stamp set to create my card for the Fab Friday sketch challenge this week.

Here is the sketch for Fab Friday 133.  Hope that you’ll stop by the Fab Friday Challenge Blog and play along too!

I started by stamping the fence image from the Cozy Cottage host exclusive stamp set in Crumb Cake ink on the front of a Crumb Cake card base.  I wrapped a strand of Linen Thread around the card front and tied one of the Hearts & Stars Elements in the bow.

I stamped the house image from the Cozy Cottage stamp set in Basic Black Archival ink on a panel of watercolor paper and then I used an Aqua Painter with Pear Pizzazz, Garden Green, Crumb Cake, Cajun Craze, Soft Suede, Crushed Curry, Soft Sky and Smoky Slate inks to watercolor the image.  I went back in with my Basic Gray and Soft Suede Stampin’ Write Markers to add color to the stones on the path and the tree trunks.

I adhered the watecolor paper panel to a Soft Suede card stock panel with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and then to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I punched the end of a strip of watercolor paper with the Banner Triple Punch and then added a light wash of Pear Pizzazz ink over it.  I let the banner dry completely and then stamped the sentiment in Soft Suede ink over it.  I adhered the banner to the watercolored image with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and then added a silver enamel dot from the Metallic Enamel Shapes pack to finish the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Cozy Cottage stamp set in Soft Suede ink and the fence image in Crumb Cake ink on a Whisper White card stock panel inside the card.
