Stampin’ Up! Hand Delivered Host Exclusive Sneak Peek

I used the Stampin’ Up! Hand Delivered host exclusive stamp set from the upcoming 2018-19 Annual Catalog to create a clean and simple card to share with you today.

As I sat down to do the writeup for this card, I realized that the Brick Wall Embossing Folder has just sold out and is no longer available…the good news is that the Pinewood Planks Embossing folder would give you a very similar look and it IS available through the next catalog!  🙂

My card design was loosely inspired by CAS(E) this Sketch #268.

I started by embossing the front of a Lovely Lipstick card base (card stock available June 1) with the Brick Wall Embossing Folder (retired, Pinewood Planks would be an excellent substitute).  I adhered a panel of Pineapple Punch card stock (available June 1) to the card front with SNAIL, then wrapped Linen Thread around the card front twice and tied a bow.

I stamped the images of the woman from the Hand Delivered photopolymer stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink and the sentiment in Pineapple Punch ink (available May 1) on a panel of Whisper White card stock.  I colored the images with Light Lovely Lipstick (available June 1), Light Old Olive, Light Daffodil Delight and Ivory Stampin’ Blends Markers (available mid-May).

I adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Old Olive card stock with SNAIL and then to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added three Rhinestone Basic Jewels to finish it.

I stamped the flower image from the Hand Delivered stamp set across the bottom of a Whisper White card stock panel in Tuxedo Black Memento ink and then colored them with Light Lovely Lipstick, Light Old Olive and Light Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends Markers to finish the inside of the card.

You can see a list of supplies, including card stock cuts, used to create this card at the very bottom of this blog post.
