I used the Stampin’ Up! Pop of Petals stamp set bundle to create my card for the Fab Friday color challenge this week.  This is the second card that we made at our team meeting on Saturday…love that it fits perfectly with this color challenge!

Here are the colors for Fab Friday 140.  Hope that you’ll stop by the Fab Friday Challenge Blog and play along too!

I started by cutting one of the Pearlized Doilies in half and using a little Multipurpose Liquid Glue to adhere it to a Thick Whisper White card base.  I punched the ends of a strip of 2018-2020 In Color 6″ x 6″ DSP with the Banner Triple Punch and then adhered it with Multipurpose Liquid Glue over the card front.  Then I wrapped a strand of Linen Thread around the card base twice and tied a bow.

I stamped the sentiment from the Enjoy Life photopolymer stamp set in Blueberry Bushel ink on the card base and then started stamping the flowers from the Pop of Petals stamp set in Lovely Lipstick, Grapefruit Grove and Pineapple Punch inks.  I stamped two of each flower, punched them out with the coordinating Four-Petal Flower Punch.  I adhered the flowers together with Glue Dots.

I stamped the leaf image from the Painted Harvest photopolymer stamp set in Call Me Clover ink on a panel of Call Me Clover card stock and punched them out with the coordinating Leaf Punch.  I adhered the leaf punches to the flowers with Glue Dots, then adhered the Pineapple Punch and Lovely Lipstick flowers to the card base with Glue Dots and the Grapefruit Grove flower with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added some random Rhinestone Basic Jewels to finish the card front.

I stamped the flower and leaf images from the Pop of Petals and Painted Harvest stamp sets in Lovely Lipstick, Grapefruit Grove, Call Me Clover and Pineapple Punch inks on a Whisper White panel inside the card.
