I used the Stampin’ Up! A Good Man stamp set to create my card for the Fab Friday sketch challenge this week.

Here is the sketch for Fab Friday 165.  Be sure to stop by the challenge blog to play along too!

I started by adhering a panel from the Come Sail Away DSP to a panel of Night of Navy card stock with SNAIL.  I adhered a small length of 5/8″ Burlap Ribbon to the panel with SNAIL and then adhered the layered panel to the front of a Real Red card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the image from the A Good Man stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock and then colored it with Light and Dark Crumb Cake, Real Red, Balmy Blue, Night of Navy and Soft Suede Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I also used the Ivory Stampin’ Blends Marker for the skin tones.  I stamped the sentiment from the A Good Man stamp set next to the image in Night of Navy ink.

I cut the image out with one of the Stitched Nested Labels Dies and then trimmed the edge off.  I adhered the label to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then added three Happiness Blooms Enamel Dots to finish the card front.

I stamped the sentiment and heart images from the A Good Man stamp set in Night of Navy and Real Red inks on a panel of Whisper White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
