Have you seen the fantastic Stampin’ Up! Stamping for Beginners Brochure? If not, you need to check it out! There are three exclusive stamp sets and a pack of cards, ink spots and bundles that aren’t found in the regular Stampin’ Up! catalog. The brochure is designed to help beginner stampers, but the samples are fantastic!
I used the Magnolia Blooms stamp set and Magnolia Lane Cards & More Pack to create a great set of 10 note cards! They were so simple to put together and they’re beautiful! Just a little stamping and a little adhesive and they cards were done.
The Magnolia Lane Cards & More pack comes with 10 double sided cards and 10 white note cards & envelopes that are designed to work perfectly with the cards. The note cards are 3-1/4″ x 4-1/4″ when assembled and folded.
I made some of the cards thank you notes.
And some birthday cards. You can never have too many of either of those!
If you’re interested in seeing the Stampin’ Up! Stamping for Beginners brochure, click here or on the image below to open up the PDF version. You can purchase the items to create these cards as a bundle or individually. I did add a single Rhinestone Basic Jewel to each of the card designs, but they are not included in the Magnolia Lane Cards bundle.

Sales Tax Holiday in 12 States!
If you love holidays—and don’t love taxes—we have some great news for you! Twelve U.S. states will have sales tax holidays for school supplies over the next several weeks. The dates for each state’s sales tax holiday will vary; the definition of “school supplies” will also vary from state to state. Fortunately, a selection of Stampin’ Up! products qualify as school supplies and will be tax-free during each state’s sales tax holiday period. Sales tax holidays may not apply to additional county, city, and special jurisdiction taxes.
To find out which states are participating—and which products will be tax-free for each state—click this image to download the PDF:
Important Note: Orders must be placed with Stampin’ Up! during the sales tax holiday period to receive these select items tax free; each period begins—and ends—at midnight (MT).

These cards are really nice…and so easy for a beginner. I might have to order these for a class in October! This is probably a silly question but I’m going to ask anyway. I always get confused with the sales tax chart. Does the “x” mean yes or no? A lot of people take “x” in the negative way, like ex-husband, ex-wife…lol.
They are really easy and really pretty too! 🙂 The “x” means “yes” on the chart. If you see an x in the box, it means that item is on the tax free list.
Lovely set of cards. May have to order these!
Thanks Julie! 🙂
