I used the Stampin’ Up! Christmas Crowd stamp set to create a fun Christmas card for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop.  We’ve got a sketch challenge this week and here is what I created for it.

Here is the sketch that we’re using this week.  I got a little creative with the circle. 🙂

The theme for my card works for the Hand Stamped Sentiments Challenge #328.

I started by stamping the image from the Christmas Crowd stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock.  I colored the images with my Light and Dark Cherry Cobbler, Shaded Spruce, Soft Suede, Crumb Cake, Pineapple Punch Basic Black and Mango Melody Stampin’ Blends Marker Combo Packs as well as the Ivory and Dark Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends Markers for the skin tones.

I adhered the stamped panel to the front of a Thick Whisper White card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and then added a strip of Wrapped In Plaid 6″ x 6″ Specialty DSP under the image.  I looped a length of Linen Thread and adhered it with a Glue Dot over the DSP.

I stamped the sentiment from the Christmas Crowd stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Shaded Spruce card stock, sprinkled it with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed it.  I cut the sentiment out with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies and adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.  I added three Gold Glitter Enamel Dots next to the sentiment to finish the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Christmas Crowd stamp set in Shaded Spruce ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock and then adhered a strip of Wrapped In Plaid DSP to finish the inside of the card.
