I got my November Paper Pumpkin Kit from Stampin’ Up! while I was at OnStage last weekend.  I finally had a few minutes to put it together. The kit contained all of the pieces needed to make 24 pretty gift tags.

The kit also came with a Shaded Spruce ink spot and the exclusive Winter Gifts photopolymer stamp set.

I love the tags, but really don’t have a need for them, so I converted them all to cards!

I used the same basic card base for each card, just switched up the colors between Poppy Parade, Early Espresso, Shaded Spruce and Pool Party.  I embossed a panel of the same color of card stock with the Winter Knit 3D Embossing Folder and the 3D Embossing Folder Plate for each card and adhered the embossed panels with Multipurpose Liquid Glue to the card bases.

Here are two of the designs.  I snipped the loop of the top of the die cut tree on the left and didn’t punch the twine holes in the sled on the right.

I made these tags exactly as they were shown, I just trimmed the ribbon a little shorter and adhered them with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card bases.

I kept the inside of the cards simple by stamping the sentiment from the Free Skate stamp set in Poppy Parade ink and the holly image from the Winter Gifts stamp set (included in the Paper Pumpkin Kit) in Shaded Spruce ink.

It was super easy and now I’ve got 24 more pretty Christmas cards ready to go in the mail!  🙂
