Welcome to the Ink it! Stamp it! Blog Hop!  This is a group of amazing stampers from all over the world so be sure to hop through the full line up below so that you can see all of the projects!  This month we are showcasing Stampin’ Up! projects featuring items from the upcoming January-June 2020 Mini Catalog and Sale-a-bration.  I’ve used the Timeless Tropical stamp set and Tropical Oasis DSP for my card.

Here is the sketch for Fab Friday #179.

I started by adhering a panel from the Tropical Oasis DSP (available Jan 3) to a Soft Suede card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then I cut panels of Soft Suede card stock and Tropical Oasis DSP with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies and I adhered them together with  Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I adhered a length of 5/16″ Braided Burlap Trim to the DSP panel in a “z” with Tear & Tape Adhesive and then adhered the layered panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I stamped the sentiment from the Timeless Tropical stamp set (available Jan 3) in VersaMark ink on a panel of Soft Suede card stock, sprinkled it with Copper Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed it.

I cut the sentiment out with one of the Stitched So Sweetly Dies (available Jan 3) and then adhered it over the Burlap Trim with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added three Champagne Rhinestone Basic Jewels (available Jan 3) around the sentiment to finish the card front.

I stamped the sentiment and palm tress from the Timeless Tropical stamp set in Soft Suede and Pear Pizzazz inks on a panel of Whisper White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
