Stampin’ Up! Bonanza Buddies Birthday Card With Video Tutorial

I used the Stampin’ Up! Bonanza Buddies stamp set bundle to create a fun birthday card to share with you today.  I did a video tutorial for making this card on my Facebook page yesterday.  I’ve also uploaded it to my YouTube Channel so you can view it there too!

My card design was inspired by CAS(E) this Sketch #354.

I started by adhering a panel from the Birthday Bonanza DSP to a panel of Bermuda Bay card stock with SNAIL.  Then I adhered a smaller panel from the Birthday Bonanza DSP to a smaller panel of Bermuda Bay card stock and then to the larger panel with SNAIL.  I adhered the layered panel to a Daffodil Delight card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I used the tag die from the Bonanza Dies to cut a panel of Whisper White card stock and a small panel of Birthday Bonanza DSP.  I adhered the DSP to the larger tag with SNAIL and then pulled a strand of So Saffron twine from the Metallic Baker’s Twine & Sequins Combo Pack (Sale-a-bration item) through the top of the tag twice and tied a bow.  I adhered the layered tag to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the lion and hat images from the Bonanza Buddies stamp set in Daffodil Delight, Mango Melody, Bermuda Bay, Terracotta Tile and Tuxedo Black Memento inks on a panel of Whisper White card stock.  I cut the images out with the coordinating Bonanza Dies and then adhered them together and to the card front with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and Glue Dots.

I stamped the sentiment from the Bonanza Buddies stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a strip of Mango Melody card stock and then stamped the little stars in Mango Melody ink over the panel.  I adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Bermuda Bay card stock with SNAIL and then to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals on both ends and SNAIL in the middle.  I added three of the Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels to finish the card front.

I stamped the sentiment and lion images from the Bonanza Buddies stamp set in Daffodil Delight, Mango Melody, Bermuda Bay and Tuxedo Black Memento inks on a panel of Whisper White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
