Stampin’ Up! Botanical Prints for the Inkin’ Krew Team Meeting

We were scheduled to have our quarterly Inkin’ Krew team meeting yesterday…but with the crazy coronavirus, we ended up doing the meeting mostly online via Zoom Meeting.  Good thing for technology to keep us all connected no matter how near or far we are! 🙂

I am sharing the cards that we were planning to make at the meeting with you today.  I pulled out the beautiful Stampin’ Up! Botanical Prints Product Medley to create the projects.

For the first card, I stamped the olive image from the Botanical Prints stamp set in Highland Heather ink across the front of a Highland Heather card base.  Then I adhered panels of Old Olive card stock and Botanical Prints DSP with SNAIL.  I stamped the sentiment from the Botanical Prints stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock and then cut around it with one of the Stitched Shapes Dies.  I adhered the die cut to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Then I stamped the olive image from the Botanical Prints stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock and colored it with Light and Dark Highland Heather, So Saffron and Old Olive Stampin’ Blends as well as Light Soft Suede for the stems.  I cut the image out with the coordinating Botanical Prints Dies and adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.  I added three Rhinestone Basic Jewels to finish the card front.

I stamped the olive image in Highland Heather ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock, then adhered it to a panel of Old Olive card stock and finally to the inside of the card base with SNAIL to finish it.

For the second card, I colored the leaves on a panel of Botanical Prints DSP with Light Old Olive Stampin’ Blends and the flower centers with Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends Markers and then adhered the panel to a panel of Old Olive card stock with SNAIL. I adhered the layered DSP panel with SNAIL to a panel of Whisper White card stock and then to a panel of Old Olive card stock before adhering the layered panel to the front of a Terracotta Tile card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the flower image from the Botanical Prints stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink twice on a panel of Whisper White card stock and then colored the leaves and flower centers with Light Old Olive and Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I cut the images out with the coordinating Botanical Prints Dies.  I cut a panel of Old Olive card stock with the leaves from the Botanical Prints Dies three times and then adhered the die cuts to the card front with Glue Dots.  I stamped the sentiment from the Botanical Prints stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on one of the banner die cuts from the Botanical Prints Product Medley and then adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.  I added three Rhinestone Basic Jewels to finish the outside of the card.

I stamped the flower image from the Botanical Prints stamp set in Terracotta Tile ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock to finish the inside of the card.

I’m sure hoping this virus moves on quickly so that we’re able to get together for our next team meeting in person!! 🙂
