Stampin’ Up! Tree Angle Quick Christmas Card

I used the cute Stampin’ Up! Tree Angle stamp set from the upcoming August-December 2020 Mini Catalog (that starts tomorrow!!!) and the Stitched Triangles Dies from the Annual Catalog!

My card design was inspired by My Favorite Things Wednesday Sketch Challenge #500.

I started by adhering a panel from the Heartwarming Hugs DSP (available Aug 4) to the front of a Real Red card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then I cut triangles from two other sheets of the Heartwarming Hugs DSP with Stitched Triangles Dies.  I stamped a tree image from the Tree Angle photopolymer stamp set in Mossy Meadow ink on a panel of Pear Pizzazz card stock and then cut it out with another one of the Stitched Triangles Dies.

I adhered the three tree die cuts to the card front with Stampin’ Seal and then stamped the tree trunk image from the Tree Angle stamp set in Crumb Cake ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock.  I snipped the tree trunk out and adhered it with Stampin’ Seal under the largest tree die cut.  I punched the end of a strip of Heartwarming Hugs DSP with the Banners Pick A Punch (available Aug 4) and then adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.

I stamped the sentiment from the Tree Angle stamp set in Real Red ink on a strip of Whisper White card stock and then punched the end with the Banners Pick A Punch.  I adhered the sentiment banner to the card front with Stampin’ Seal and then added three of the Wonderful Gems (available Aug 4) to finish the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Tree Angle stamp set in Real Red ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock and then added a strip of Heartwarming Hugs DSP to finish the inside of the card.

    • Thanks Karen! Yes, so glad that we’re able to start getting our holiday items a month earlier this year! 🙂

  1. I love this card. The stamps don’t look that exciting in the mini. I didn’t think I particularly liked the patterns they used. But stamped with the right colours, it does work.

Darn… another one to add to my maybe list. I tell ya, between you & Mary D., my demo shouldn’t have trouble meeting her next quarter’s goal. #enablers
