I used the Stampin’ Up! Celebrate Sunflowers stamp set and the Rectangular Postage Stamp Punch to create a birthday card to share with you today.

My card design was inspired by The Paper Players PP514.

And my card was also inspired by Global Design Project #GDP264.

I started by adhering a panel from the Flowers For Every Season 6″ x 6″ DSP to a Just Jade card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then I cut a panel of So Saffron DSP from the Subtles 6″ x 6″ DSP pack with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies and I adhered the die cut rectangle to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.

I stamped the small sunflower image from the Celebrate Sunflowers stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink three times on a panel of Whisper White card stock and then colored the images with Light and Dark Just Jade, So Saffron, Mango Melody and Cinnamon Cider Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I punched the images out with the Rectangular Postage Stamp Punch and adhered them with Stampin’ Seal to the card front.

I wrapped a strand of Linen Thread around the card front twice and tied a bow, then stamped the sentiment in Cinnamon Cider ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock.  I cut the sentiment out with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies and adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.  I added three Champagne Rhinestone Basic Jewels to finish the card front.

I stamped the small sunflower image from the Celebrate Sunflowers stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock and then colored the image with Light and Dark Just Jade, So Saffron, Mango Melody and Cinnamon Cider Stampin’ Blends Markers to finish the inside of the card.
