Stampin’ Up! Vine Design Cards With Video Tutorial

I used the Stampin’ Up! Vine Design stamp set bundle to create three cards to share with you today.  I did a simple card, a stepped up card and then a die cut and layered card with the same basic supplies and color scheme.  I also did a video tutorial for this project and you can see it on my Facebook page here and on my YouTube channel here.

I did borrow a little inspiration from the card projects in the January-June 2021 Mini Catalog, so you may recognize the layouts.  🙂  For the simple card, I stamped the images from the Vine Design stamp set on the front of one of the Basic White Note Cards & Envelopes in Pear Pizzazz, Calypso Coral and So Saffron inks.  I added a single Rhinestone Basic Jewel to finish the card front.

For the stepped up version of the card, I used the same ink colors but stamped them on a panel of Basic White card stock that I’d cut with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies.  I layered the die cut over a panel of So Saffron card stock and I’d covered the card front with a panel of Calypso Coral DSP from the Subtles 6″ x 6″ DSP pack.  The sentiment was punched with the Double Oval Punch and layered over a Double Oval Punch from So Saffron card stock.

I added a few die cut flowers that were stamped with the Vine Design stamp set and cut with the coordinating Flowering Vines Dies.  I added Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the centers of the small die cut flowers.

For the final card, I cut a panel of Basic White card stock twice with the rectangular die and flowers from So Saffron and Calypso Coral card stocks with the Flowering Vines Dies.  I adhered the die cut flowers to the back of the Basic White die cuts and then adhered the die cuts to the card front with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I adhered a length of Calypso Coral ribbon from the Ornate Garden Ribbon Combo Pack to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.  Then added a Stitched Rectangle die cut from So Saffron DSP (from the Subtles 6″ x 6″ DSP pack) over the ribbon with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I stamped the sentiment and border images from the Vine Design stamp set and then cut around them with the coordinating Flowering Vines Dies.  I adhered the die cut sentiment with Stampin’ Seal and then added Pearl Basic Jewels to the flower centers to finish the card front.

I stamped the Vine Design images in Pear Pizzazz, So Saffron and Calypso Coral inks to finish the insides of each of the cards.
