Stampin’ Up! Art Gallery Congratulations Card for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

I used the Stampin’ Up! Art Gallery stamp set bundle to create my project for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop.  We’ve got a color challenge this week and this is what I made for it.

Stampin' Up! Art Gallery Congratulations Card

Here are the colors that we’re using this week:

I started by adhering a panel of Fine Art Floral DSP to a panel of Basic White card stock with Stampin’ Seal and then to a Pool Party card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Then I cut a panel of Basic White card stock with one of the dies from the Fabulous Floral Dies and then adhered it with Multipurpose Liquid Glue to the card front.

I stamped the smaller stemmed flower and the larger stem images from the Art Gallery photopolymer stamp set in Mossy Meadow ink on a panel of Basic White card stock.  I cut both images out with the coordinating Floral Gallery Dies and adhered them with Mini Glue Dots to the card front.  Then I stamped the smaller stemmed floral image again in Petal Pink ink.  I inked the smaller lined floral image in Flirty Flamingo ink, stamped it on scrap paper and then stamped it over the larger images.  I cut the Petal Pink image out with the coordinating Floral Gallery Dies and then snipped the flower tops off.  I adhered the Petal Pink flowers over the Mossy Meadow flowers with Mini Glue Dots.

I stamped the larger layering flower images from the Art Gallery stamp set in Flirty Flamingo, Poppy Parade and Petal Pink inks on a panel of Basic White card stock.  I cut the stamped image out with the Floral Gallery Dies and adhered it with Glue Dots to the card front.  I stamped the sentiment from the Art Gallery stamp set in Poppy Parade ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then cut it out with the coordinating die from the Floral Gallery Dies.  I adhered the die cut sentiment with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then added three Rhinestone Basic Jewels around the flowers to finish the card front.

I stamped the flower and stem images from the Art Gallery stamp set in Mossy Meadow, Petal Pink, Flirty Flamingo and Poppy Parade inks on a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
