I used the Stampin’ Up! Party Puffins stamp set from the upcoming 2021-2022 Annual Catalog to create a fun birthday card to share with you today.

My card also works for the Tic Tac Toe Challenge #TTTC108.  I went across the middle and diagonal from lower left to upper right.

I started by adhering a panel of the True Love DSP to the front of a Basic Black card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then I adhered a slightly narrower panel of True Love DSP to a panel of Basic White card stock and then to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.

I used the Stamparatus to stamp the puffin and cake images from the Party Puffins stamp set (available May 4) in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock.  I colored the images with Light and Dark Flirty Flamingo, Pool Party, Daffodil Delight, Calypso Coral and Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends Markers and then cut around the image with one of the Stitched So Sweetly Dies.  I adhered the die cut with Stampin’ Seal to the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Party Puffins stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Pool Party card stock, sprinkled it with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed it.  I cut the sentiment out with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies and then slid the die down a few “notches” and cut the end off with the same die.  I adhered loops of silver cord from the Simply Elegant Trim (available May 4) with Mini Glue Dots to the back of the sentiment and then adhered it with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.

I stamped the sentiment and cake image from the Party Puffin stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then colored the cake with Light and Dark Flirty Flaming, Pool Party, Daffodil Delight and Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends Markers to finish the inside of the card.
