Stampin’ Up! Sparkle Of The Season Grateful Card for the Inkin’ Krew Blog Hop

Welcome back to another Inkin’ Krew blog hop!  Our very talented team is doing a blog hop featuring Stampin’ Up! products.  This month we are all creating projects with a “Giving Thanks” theme and I’m featuring the Sparkle Of The Season stamp set bundle for my project.

Stampin' Up! Sparkle Of The Season Grateful Card

My card design works for the Tic Tac Toe Challenge TTTC134.  I went down the left side.

I started by cutting a panel of In Good Taste DSP with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies and then adhered the die cut to the front of a Thick Basic White card base with Stampin’ Seal.  Then I cut a panel of gold paper from the Gold & Rose Gold 6″ x 6″ Metallic Specialty Paper with one of the wreath dies from the Seasonal Swirls Dies and then adhered the die cut wreath with Multipurpose Liquid Glue to the card front.

I adhered a small length of Gold 3/8″ Fine Art Ribbon to the card front with Stampin Seal and then cut a panel of gold paper from the Gold & Rose Gold Metallic Specialty Paper with the leaves and pumpkin dies from the Seasonal Swirls Dies.  I colored the die cuts with Dark Pumpkin Pie, Soft Suede, Cajun Craze and Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I adhered the pumpkin with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the leaves with Mini Glue Dots.

I stamped the sentiment from the Sparkle Of The Season photopolymer stamp set in VersaMark Ink on a panel of Basic White card stock, sprinkled it with gold embossing powder from the Metallics Embossing Powders and then heat embossed it.  I cut the sentiment out with the banner die from the Tasteful Labels Dies and adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.  I added three gold pearls from the Metallic Pearls pack to finish the card front.

I stamped the leaf and branch images from the Sparkle Of The Season stamp set in Soft Suede, Crushed Curry and Cajun Craze inks on a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card base.

  1. I think this would be great for making multiples for holiday mailing. Detailed, but not so finicky as to take simply HOURS to put together. Thanks so much for the PDF!

  2. What a beauty Amy! I love the wood grain background topped with your beautiful die cut wreath and arrangement of pumpkin and leaves. Thank you for coming to play with us at Tic Tac Toe! Vicky x
