I used the Stampin’ Up! Flowering Tulips stamp set and a little of the Flowering Fields DSP to create a quick birthday card to share with you today.

My card design was inspired by My Favorite Things Wednesday Sketch Challenge 577.

I started by adhering a panel of Flowering Fields DSP to the front of a Mango Melody card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then I cut a panel of Evening Evergreen card stock with one of the Ornate Layers Dies.  I adhered another panel of Flowering Fields DSP to the Ornate Layers die cut and then to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.

I stamped the sentiment from the Flowering Tulips photopolymer stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Soft Succulent card stock, sprinkled it with gold embossing powder from the Metallics Embossing Powders pack and then heat embossed it.  I cut the sentiment out with one of the openings in the Picture This Dies.

I adhered the die cut sentiment with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front and then added three Brushed Brass Butterflies to finish the card front.

I adhered a strip of Flowering Tulips DSP to the bottom of a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
