Stampin’ Up! Dainty Delight Celebrate You Card for the Inkin’ Krew Blog Hop

Welcome back to another Inkin’ Krew blog hop!  Our very talented team is doing a blog hop featuring Stampin’ Up! products.  This month we are all creating projects with a “celebrate” theme and I’m featuring the Dainty Delight stamp set bundle from the upcoming January-April 2023 Mini Catalog for my card.

Stampin' Up! Dainty Delight Celebrate You Card

My card design was inspired by TGIF Challenge #TGIFC398.

I started by adhering a panel of Dainty Flowers DSP ($50 level Sale-a-bration item available Jan 5) to the front of a Fresh Freesia card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then I cut halfway through another panel of Dainty Flowers DSP with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies.  I slide that die up a little on the panel a bit, lined up the notches and then cut the panel from the other side halfway down to make the die cut a little longer.  Then I adhered the die cut panel to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.

I cut another panel of Dainty Flowers DSP with one of the wider Stitched Rectangle Dies and then cut panels of Mossy Meadow, Rich Razzleberry and Blackberry Bliss card stocks with Dainty Delight Dies (available Jan 5).  I adhered the die cut stem with Stampin’ Seal to the back of the DSP die cut and then wrapped the die cut stem around the front of the DSP panel before adhering it to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.  I adhered the die cut flowers with Mini Glue Dots to the card front over the stem die cuts.

I adhered a length of Gold & Vanilla 3/8″ Satin Edge Ribbon to the card front in a “z”.  Then I stamped the sentiment from the Dainty Delight stamp set (available Jan 5) in Rich Razzleberry ink on another panel of Dainty Flowers DSP and cut around it with one of the Stylish Shapes Dies.  I adhered the die cut sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and added two Brushed Metallic Adhesive-Backed Dots to finish the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Pansy Patch photopolymer stamp set in Rich Razzleberry ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then added a strip of Dainty Flowers DSP to finish the inside of the card.
