I used the Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Thistle stamp set bundle to create a card to share with you today.  I also did a video tutorial for this card and you can see it on YouTube here.

I started by adhering a panel of Fresh Freesia DSP from the 2021-2023 In Color 6″ x 6″ DSP pack to the front of a Fresh Freesia card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then I cut a panel of Distressed Gold Specialty Paper with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies and I adhered the die cut to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.  I used a Blending Brush to add Sahara Sand ink to a panel of Basic White card stock with one of the Artistic Mix Decorative Masks and then cut that panel with the same Stitched Rectangle Die and adhered it with Stampin’ Seal to the card front.

I stamped the thistle images from the Beautiful Thistle stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then colored the images with Light and Dark Mint Macaron and Fresh Freesia Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I cut the images out with the coordinating Beautiful Thistle Dies and adhered the die cuts with Mini Glue Dots to the card front.  I adhered a small strip of By The Bay Specialty DSP to the card front with Stampin’ Seal and then tied a bow from Linen Thread and adhered it with a Mini Glue Dot over the DSP panel.

I stamped the sentiment from the Beautiful Thistle stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Fresh Freesia card stock and then heat embossed it with gold embossing powder from the Metallics Embossing Powders.  I cut the sentiment out with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies and then adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.  I added two Brushed Metallics Adhesive-Backed Dots to finish the card front.

I adhered a strip of Fresh Freesia DSP from the 2021-2023 In Color DSP pack to a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
