I used the Stampin’ Up! Coffee With Friends stamp set to create a friend card for the Sunday Stamps challenge this week.
Here are the colors for Sunday Stamps SSC311. Be sure to stop by the challenge blog to play along too!
My card also works for the Tic Tac Toe Challenge TTTC112. I went down the left side.
I started by embossing a panel of Balmy Blue card stock with the Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder and then I adhered the embossed panel to the front of a Balmy Blue card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
I stamped the image from the Coffee With Friends stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then colored the images with Light and Dark Crumb Cake, Balmy Blue, Pebbled Path, Cherry Cobbler, Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends Markers and the Ivory & Bronze Stampin’ Blends Markers.
Then I used a Blending Brush to add Balmy Blue ink around the edges of the panel. I adhered the stamped panel to the card front with Stampin’ Seal. Then I cut a panel of Soft Sea Foam card stock with one of the Grove Dies. I snipped out some of the trees with Paper Snips and then adhered the die cut to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I tied a bow with Linen Thread and the adhered it to the card front with a Mini Glue Dot. Then I stamped the sentiment from the Coffee With Friends stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Pebbled Path card stock, sprinkled it with white embossing powder and then heat embossed it. I cut the sentiment out with one of the Countryside Corners Dies and then adhered the sentiment with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front. I added two Brushed Metallic Adhesive-Backed Dots to finish the card front.
I stamped the image from the Coffee With Friends stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then colored it with Light and Dark Balmy Blue, Cherry Cobbler, Crumb Cake and Pebbled Path Stampin’ Blends Markers to finish the inside of the card.
