I used the Stampin’ Up! Horse & Sleigh stamp set bundle from the upcoming Online Exclusives that will be available beginning July 6 to create a Christmas card to share with you today.  I also did a video tutorial for this card and you can see it on YouTube here.

My card design was inspired by Global Design Project #GDP398.

I started by embossing a panel of Misty Moonlight card stock with the Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder.  Then I adhered the embossed panel to the front of a Misty Moonlight card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I adhered two panels from the One Horse Open Sleigh 6″ x 6″ DSP (Online Exclusive item available July 6) to the card front with Stampin’ Seal so that they were slightly off-set.

I stamped the horse and sleigh image from the Horse & Sleigh photopolymer stamp set (Online Exclusive item available July 6) in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then colored it with Light and Dark Wild Wheat, Old Olive, Real Red, Boho Blue and Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I also used the ivory marker from the Ivory & Bronze Stampin’ Blends Marker Pack.  Then I cut the image out with the coordinating Horse & Sleigh Dies.

I adhered the die cut to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then adhered a small piece of Adhesive Sheets to the back of a panel of Gold Foil Sheets.  I cut the sleigh runner from the Gold Foil Sheets with the Horse & Sleigh Dies and then adhered it over the larger sleigh die cut with the Adhesive Sheets.

I stamped the sentiment from the Horse & Sleigh stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of One Horse Open Sleigh DSP, sprinkled it with white embossing powder from the Basics Embossing Powders and then heat embossed it.  I punched the end of the DSP panel with the Banners Pick A Punch and then adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.  I added three snowflakes from the Adhesive-Backed Snowflake Assortment (Online Exclusive item available July 6) to finish the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Horse & Sleigh stamp set in Misty Moonlight ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then adhered a strip of One Horse Open Sleigh DSP to finish the inside of the card.
