Stampin’ Up! Sending Cheer Christmas Stocking Card With Video Tutorial

I used the Stampin’ Up! Sending Cheer stamp set bundle to create a Christmas card to share with you today.   I also did a video tutorial for this card and you can see it on YouTube here.

Stampin' Up! Sending Cheer Christmas Stocking Card

My card design was inspired by Sketch Saturday #737.

I started by adhering a panel of Shining Christmas DSP (sold out yesterday but the Joy Of Christmas DSP is a great alternative!) to a panel of Basic White card stock with Stampin’ Seal.  Then I adhered the layered panel to the front of a Cherry Cobbler card base with Stampin’ Seal.  I cut another panel of Shining Christmas DSP at an angle on one end and then adhered the panel to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.

I cut a panel of Basic White card stock with one of the Stylish Shapes Dies and then adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.  I stamped the stocking image from the Sending Cheer photopolymer stamp set in Cherry Cobbler ink and the holly images in Mossy Meadow and Cherry Cobbler inks on a panel of Basic White card stock.  I cut the images out with the coordinating Sending Cheer Dies.  Then I cut a panel of Mossy Meadow card stock with the stocking dies from the Sending Cheer Dies adhered the pieces together with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and then adhered them to the card front with Mini Glue Dots.

I stamped the sentiment from the Sending Cheer stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Cherry Cobbler card stock, sprinkled it with white embossing powder from the Basics Embossing Powders and then heat embossed it.  I cut the sentiment out with one of the All That Dies and adhered it with Statampin’ Dimensions to the card front.  I added three Rhinestone Basic Jewels to finish the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Brightest Glow stamp set in Cherry Cobbler ink and the holly in Mossy Meadow and Cherry Cobbler inks on a panel of Basic White card stock.  I adhered a strip of Shining Christmas DSP to finish the inside of the card.
