I used the Stampin’ Up! Rustic Crate stamp set bundle to create a Christmas card to share with you today.  I also did a video tutorial for this card and you can see it on YouTube here.

My card design was inspired by Inspire.Create.Challenge #155.

My card theme also works for the Global Design Project #GDP419.

I started by adhering two panels of Joyful Specialty DSP to a panel of Cherry Cobbler card stock with Stampin’ Seal.  Then I adhered a small length of Real Red ribbon from the Real Red & Garden Green 3/8″ Ribbon Combo Pack to the card front to cover the seam in the papers.  I threaded another piece of Real Red ribbon under the ribbon on the panel and tied small bow.  Then I adhered the layered panel to the front of a Thick Basic White card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Then I cut panels of Mossy Meadow and Old Olive card stocks with the pine bough die from the Joy Of Noel Dies.  I adhered the die cut pieces to the card front with Mini Glue Dots.  Then I cut a panel of Basic White card stock with one of the Stylish Shapes Dies.  I adhered the die cut circle to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the crate image from the Rustic Crate photopolymer stamp set in Pecan Pie ink and the poinsettias in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock.  I colored the poinsettias with Light and Dark Cherry Cobbler, Mossy Meadow and Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends Markers and then cut them out with the coordinating Rustic Crate Dies.  I adhered the die cuts to the card front with Mini Glue Dots.

I stamped the sentiment from the Brighest Glow stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Cherry Cobbler card stock, sprinkled it with gold embossing powder from the Metallics Embossing Powders and then heat embossed it.  I cut the sentiment out with one of the Labels Aglow Dies and adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and Stampin’ Seal.  I adhered three Adhesive-Backed Speckled Dots to finish the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Brightest Glow stamp set in Cherry Cobbler ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then adhered a strip of Joyful Specialty DSP to finish the inside of the card.
