Stampin’ Up! Merriest Trees CAS Christmas Card

I’m getting down to the last few Christmas cards that I need to make…I should be done this weekend.  Yay!!  I’m sharing a super quick and simple Christmas card made with the Stampin’ Up! Merriest Trees stamp set bundle with you today.  I made this project out on Instagram this morning and you can see it here.

Stampin' Up! Merriest Trees CAS Christmas Card

I started by cutting a panel of Shaded Spruce card stock with the Tiny Christmas Trees Die (on sale for 20% off, retiring Jan 3).  Then I adhered a panel of Granny Apple Green foil from the Melon Mambo & Granny Apple Green Foil Sheets (on sale for 10% off, retiring Jan 3) to the back of the die cut panel with Mini Glue Dots and then adhered the layered panel to a Shaded Spruce card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I adhered a small length of Real Red ribbon from the Real Red & Garden Green Ribbon Combo Pack with Stampin’ Seal to the card front.  Then I stamped the sentiment from the Merriest Trees stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Granny Apple Green card stock, sprinkled it with white embossing powder from the Basics Embossing Powders and heat embossed it.  I cut the tree out with the coordinating Merriest Trees Dies and adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.

I cut the detailed and solid star images with the Merriest Trees Dies from Daffodil Delight card stock, adhered them together with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and then to the card front with a Mini Glue Dot to finish it.

I stamped the sentiment from the Merriest Trees stamp set in Shaded Spruce ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then inked the detailed tree image from the Merriest Trees stamp set in Granny Apple Green ink, stamped it on scrap paper and then stamped it over the sentiment to finish the inside of the card.
