Stampin’ Up! Painted Lavender Loved Beyond Measure Card for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

I used the Stampin’ Up! Painted Lavender stamp set bundle and Perennial Postage stamp set from the upcoming January-April 2024 Mini Catalog to create my project for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop.  We’ve got a sketch challenge this week and this is what I made for it.

Here is the sketch that we’re using this week:

I started by embossing a panel of Basic White card stock with Softly Sophisticated Embossing Folder (Sale-a-bration item, available Jan 4).  I adhered the embossed panel to a panel of Highland Heather card stock with Stampin’ Seal and then to a Thick Basic White card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the flower images from the Painted Lavender photopolymer stamp set (available Jan 4) in Highland Heather and Old Olive inks on a panel of Basic White card stock three times each.  I cut the images out with the coordinating Painted Lavender Dies (available Jan 4) and adhered the die cuts together with Mini Glue Dots.  I wrapped a strand of Linen Thread around the lavender stems four times and tied a small bow.  I adhered the lavender images to the card front with Mini Glue Dots.

I stamped the sentiment from the Perennial Postage stamp set (available Jan 4) in Gorgeous Grape ink on a strip of Basic White card stock and then adhered the sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added two of the Purple Fine Shimmer Gems (available Jan 4) to finish the card front.

I stamped the lavender images from the Painted Lavender stamp set in Highland Heather and Old Olive inks on a panel of Basic White card stock.  I adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Highland Heather card stock and then to the card base with Stampin’ Seal to finish the inside of the card.

    • Thanks Eva! It’s actually two different stamps that layer over each other so it’s just one image stamped over the other in the same color ink. Super quick and easy! 🙂
