Stampin’ Up! Magnolia Mood Birthday Card With Video Tutorial

I used the Stampin’ Up! Magnolia Mood stamp set bundle from the Online Exclusives to create a birthday card to share with you today.  I also did a video tutorial for this card and you can see it on YouTube here.

Stampin' Up! Magnolia Mood Birthday Card

I started by embossing a panel of Petal Pink card stock with the Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder and then adhered the embossed panel to the front of a Petal Pink card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then I stamped the larger magnolia image from the Magnolia Mood stamp set (Online Exclusive item) in Petal Pink ink on another panel of Petal Pink card stock.  I adhered the stamped panel to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.

I cut a panel of Basic White card stock with one of the Magnolia Mood Dies (Online Exclusive item) and then adhered the die cut to the card front with Mini Glue Dots.  I stamped the images from the Magnolia Mood stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then colored the images with Light and Dark Mossy Meadow, Lemon Lolly and Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I used the Color Lifter to remove some of the color from the images.  I cut the images out with the coordinating Magnolia Mood Dies and then adhered the die cuts to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and Mini Glue Dots.

I stamped the sentiment from the Magnolia Mood stamp set in Mossy Meadow ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then cut it out with one of the Wonderful Thoughts Dies.  I adhered the die cut to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then added two of the Petal Pink gems from the Petal Pink & Pretty Peacock Foiled Gems to finish the card front.

I stamped the flower image from the Magnolia Mood stamp set in Petal Pink ink on a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
