Stampin’ Up! Pocket Thoughts Gift Card Holder Christmas Card With Video Tutorial

I used the Stampin’ Up! Pocket Thoughts Dies and Greetings Of The Season stamp set to create a gift card holder card to share with you today.  I also did a video tutorial for this card and you can see it on YouTube here.

Stampin' Up! Pocket Thoughts Gift Card Holder Christmas Card

I stared by adhering a panel patterned paper from the Iconic Celebrations 6″ x 6″ DSP (Online Exclusive item) to the front of a Mossy Meadow card base with Stampin’ Seal.  Then I adhered a layer of Mossy Meadow card stock over the center of the card with Stampin’ Seal.  I cut a panel of Iconic Celebrations DSP with the middle die from the Pocket Thoughts Dies and then applied Tear & Tape Adhesive to the edges of the die cut.  I folded the die cut on the score lines and then adhered the pocket to the card front with the Tear & Tape Adhesive.

I stamped the sentiment from the Greetings Of The Season photopolymer stamp set (Online Exclusive item) on Cherry Cobbler card stock, sprinkled it with white embossing powder from the Basics Wow! Embossing Powders and heat embossed it.  I cut the sentiment out with one of the Greetings Of The Season Dies and tied a bow with Linen Thread through the die cut.  I adhered the die cut sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I cut trees from the Iconic Celebrations DSP with the coordinating die from the Iconic Imagery Dies (Online Exclusive item) and then adhered them with Mini Glue Dots and Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhered two Pecan Pie & Clear Ribboned Adhesive-Backed Dots (Online Exclusive item) to finish the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Greetings Of The Season stamp set in Mossy Meadow ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then adhered a strip of Iconic Celebrations DSP to finish the inside of the card.

I made a birthday version of this card in my live video.  For this card, I used Moody Mauve and Misty Moonlight card stocks and Misty Moonlight, Moody Mauve, Mossy Meadow and Cajun Craze inks.  The sentiment is from the Unbounded Love stamp set and the patterned paper is from the Iconic Celebrations DSP pack.
