I used the Stampin’ Up! Yuletide Village stamp set to create a Christmas card to share with you today. I made this card out on my Instagram account this morning and you can find it here.
I started by adhering a panel of patterned paper from the Sentimental Christmas DSP to the front of the Shaded Spruce card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Then I stamped the images from the Yuletide Village photopolymer stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock.
I colored the images with Light and Dark Crumb Cake, Poppy Parade, Pecan Pie, Gray Granite, Shaded Spruce, Daffodil Delight and Pool Party Stampin’ Blends Markers. I used the Color Lifter to lighten the coloring on the path in front of the church. Then I inked the edges of the Basic White card stock panel with Pretty Peacock ink and a Blending Brush. I inked the snow image from the Yuletide Village stamp set in Pretty Peacock ink, stamped it on scrap paper twice and then stamped it around the edges of the Basic White panel.
I adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Pretty Peacock card stock with Stampin’ Seal and then adhered the layered panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment from the Reindeer Fun stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Pretty Peacock card stock, sprinkled it with white embossing powder from the Basics Wow! Embossing Powder and heat embossed it. I cut the sentiment out with one of the Hearts & Hugs Dies and then adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added two of the Pretty Peacock dots from the Petal Pink & Pretty Peacock Foiled Gems to finish the card front.
I stamped the sentiment from the Reindeer Fun stamp set in Pretty Peacock ink and the tree image from the Yuletide Village stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then colored the trees with Light and Dark Shaded Spruce Stampin’ Blends Markers to finish the inside of the card.
