I used the Stampin’ Up! Sentimental Wishes stamp set to create a quick Christmas card for the Sunday Stamps sketch challenge this week.

Here is the sketch from Sunday Stamps SSC346. Be sure to stop by the challenge blog to play along too!
I started by adhering a panel of patterned paper from the Season Of Elegance Specialty DSP to the front of a Basic Beige card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Then I adhered strips of Sentimental Christmas DSP to strips of Shaded Spruce card stock with Stampin’ Seal.

I adhered the layered strips to the card front with Stampin Seal and then added a strip of Shaded Spruce 1/2″ Satin & Sheer Ribbon with Stampin’ Seal to the card front. I stamped the sentiment from the Sentimental Wishes stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Poppy Parade card stock, sprinkled it with white embossing powder from the Basics Wow! Embossing Powder and then heat embossed it.

I cut the sentiment out with one of the Christmas Labels Dies and then adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added two of the Drusy Adhesive-Backed Embellishments (restocking around October 21) to finish the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Sentimental Wishes stamp set in Shaded Spruce ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then added a strip of Sentimental Christmas DSP to finish the inside of the card.
