Stampin’ Up! Artful Amaryllis Christmas Card for the Inkin’ Krew Blog Hop

Welcome back to another Inkin’ Krew blog hop!  Our very talented team is doing a blog hop featuring Stampin’ Up! products.  This month we are all creating projects with a “Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays” theme and I’m featuring the Artful Amaryllis stamp set bundle for my card.

Stampin' Up! Artful Amaryllis Christmas Card

I started by adhering a panel of patterned paper from the Regal Distressed Patterns Specialty DSP to the front of a Cherry Cobbler card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then I cut panels of Gold Foil Sheets and Wood Textured Specialty Paper with the die from the Wildflower Designs Dies.  I adhered the die cut pieces with Stampin’ Seal to the card front.

I stamped the flower outline image from the Artful Amaryllis photopolymer stamp set in Early Espresso ink two times on a panel of Basic White card stock.  I stamped the fill in images from the Artful Amaryllis stamp set in Old Olive and Cherry Cobbler inks over the lined images and then cut the images out with the coordinating Artful Amaryllis Dies.  I adhered the die cuts with Mini Glue Dots and Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Then I adhered a small length of Cherry Cobbler & Gold 1/4″ Satin Ribbon with Stampin’ Seal to the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Artful Amaryllis stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Cherry Cobbler card stock, sprinkled it with gold embossing powder from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powder and then heat embossed it.  I cut the sentiment out with one of the Stylish Shapes Dies and adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front and then added three Gold Textured Adhesive-Backed Dots to finish the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Peaceful Season photopolymer stamp set in Cherry Cobbler ink on Basic White card stock and then adhered a strip of Regal Distressed Patterns Specialty DSP to finish the inside of the card.
