I used the Stampin’ Up! You Are Remarkable stamp set from the Online Exclusives to create my card to share with you today. I also did a video tutorial showing you how to create this on my YouTube channel here.
I started by adhering a panel of patterned paper from the Country Lace DSP to the front of a Thick Basic White card base (card stock restocking around March 24) with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Then I wrapped a strand of Linen Thread around the card front twice and tied a bow.
I stamped the flower outline image and sentiment from the You Are Remarkable photopolymer stamp set in Pecan Pie ink on a panel of Basic White card stock. Then I stamped the detailed flower images from the You Are Remarkable stamp set in Daffodil Delight, Pecan Pie and Old Olive inks over the lined image. Then I inked the edges of the panel with Blending Brushes and Crumb Cake ink. I inked the dots image from the You Are Remarkable stamp set with Crumb Cake ink, stamped it on scrap paper and then stamped it around the edges of the panel.
I cut a panel of Basic White card stock with one of the Textured Notes Dies (Online Exclusive item) and then adhered the stamped panel to the die cut rectangle with Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then added two gems from the Adhesive-Backed Textured Dots to finish the card front.
I stamped the flower images from the You Are Remarkable stamp set in Old Olive, Daffodil Delight and Pecan Pie inks on a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
I actually made this card a second time with Basic Beige card stock and Country Lace DSP so you can take your pick on which color you like best!
