Stampin’ Up! Peekaboo Forest Hello Card With Video Tutorial

I used the fun Peekaboo Forest stamp set bundle from Stampin’ Up!’s Online Exclusives to create my card to share with you today.  I also did a video tutorial showing you how to create this on my YouTube channel here.

Stampin' Up! Peekaboo Forest Hello Card

I started by adhering a panel of patterned paper from the Floral Impressions DSP (Online Exclusive item available May 6) to the front of a Thick Basic White card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then I adhered another panel of Floral Impressions DSP to a panel of Pecan Pie card stock and then to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.  I adhered one final panel of Floral Impressions DSP to a panel of Pecan Pie card stock and to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.

I stamped the critter images from the Peekaboo Forest photopolymer stamp set (Online Exclusive item) in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then colored the images with Light and Dark Gray Granite, Pecan Pie and Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I cut the images out with the coordinating Peekaboo Forest Dies (Online Exclusive item).  Then I stamped the sentiment from the Terrific Toadstools photopolymer stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Garden Green card stock, sprinkled it with white embossing powder from the Basics Wow! Embossing Powder and the heat embossed it.

I cut the sentiment out with one of the Stylish Shapes Dies and then adhered the critter die cuts to the sentiment with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhered the sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then adhered two pearls from the Basic Gray & Smoky Slate Pearls to finish the card front.

I adhered a strip of Floral Impressions DSP to a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.

  1. I have been trying to resist the Peekaboo Forest bundle and I think you’ve just ensured that it’s going on my next order. This card is SO adorable, I love it! And I love how you paired it with the greeting from Terrific Toadstools, I love mixing stamp sets like that!
