Stampin’ Up! Perfectly Pears Friend Card With Video Tutorial

I used the Stampin’ Up! Perfectly Pears stamp set bundle to create a friend card to share with you today.  I also did a video tutorial showing you how to create this on my YouTube channel here.

Stampin' Up! Perfectly Pears Friend Card

I started by adhering a panel of Painterly Pears DSP (Online Exclusive item) to the front of a Petal Pink card base with Stampin’ Seal.  Then I cut panels of Mossy Meadow and Basic White card stocks with two of the Party Banners Dies.  I stamped the sentiment from the Perfectly Pears stamp set (Online Exclusive item) in Mossy Meadow ink on the Basic White die cut banner and then adhered the two banners together with Stampin’ Seal.  I adhered the layered banners to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I adhered a length of Mossy Meadow & Gold 1/4″ Ribbon (Online Exclusive item) to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.  Then I stamped the pear, flowers and leaves outline images from the Perfectly Pears stamp set in Mossy Meadow ink on a panel of Basic White card stock.  Then I stamped the fill-in pear image from the Perfectly Pears stamp set in Darling Duckling ink over the lined images.  I tapped a Sponge Dauber inked in Old Olive ink over one side of the pear image and then stamped it over the Darling Duckling images.  I stamped the fill-in leaves image in Mossy Meadow ink over the lined images and then stamped the flower centers in Darling Duckling ink from the Perfectly Pears stamp set on the flower images.

I cut the stamped images out with the coordinating Perfectly Pears Dies (Online Exclusive item) and then adhered the pears and leaves with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the flowers with Mini Glue Dots to the card front.  I added two Darling Duckling Low Profile Sparkle Dots (Online Exclusive item) to finish the card front.

I adhered a strip of Painterly Pears DSP to a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
