Stampin’ Up! Jolly Holly CAS Christmas Card for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

I used the Stampin’ Up! Jolly Holly stamp set bundle to create my project for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop.  We’ve got a theme challenge this week and this is what I made for it.

Stampin' Up! Jolly Holly CAS Christmas Card

Here is the theme that we’re all following this week:

I started by embossing a panel of Basic White card stock with the Jolly Holly Hybrid Embossing Folder (Online Exclusive item).  I adhered the embossed panel to a panel of Peaceful Garden Glimmer Paper (available September 3) with Stampin’ Seal.  Then I adhered the embossed panel to the front of a Thick Basic White card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiments from the Jolly Holly photopolymer stamp set (Online Exclusive item) in Blueberry Bushel ink on a panel of Basic White card stock.  I cut the “joy” sentiment with the Jolly Holly Hybrid Embossing Folder Dies and cut the “Christmas” sentiment with one of the openings in the More Messages Dies (Online Exclusive item).  I adhered the sentiments with snipped up Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the bell image from the Jolly Holly stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock.  I colored the image with Light and Dark Darling Duckling, Blueberry Bushel and Pecan Pie Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I cut the image out with the Jolly Holly Hybrid Embossing Folder Dies and then adhered it with Mini Glue Dots to finish the card front.
