Stampin’ Up! Jolly Delivery CAS Christmas Card

I used the Stampin’ Up! Jolly Delivery stamp set and a little of the North Pole Delivery Designer Series Paper to create a fun Christmas card to share with you today.  I also created this card in a quick video out on YouTube this morning and you can see that video right here.

Stampin' Up! Jolly Delivery CAS Christmas Card

My card design was inspired by Freshly Made Sketches #698.

I started by adhering a panel patterned paper from the North Pole Delivery Specialty DSP (available September 3) to the front of a Pool Party card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then I cut other panels of North Pole Delivery DSP with the Perennial Postage Dies.

I adhered the die cut DSP panels to panels of Poppy Parade card stock with Stampin’ Seal and then adhered the two smaller die cuts to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.  I adhered the third die cut with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Jolly Delivery photopolymer stamp set in Poppy Parade ink on a panel of Basic White card stock.  I cut the sentiment out with one of the Textured Notes Dies (Online Exclusive item) and then adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.  I added two Dear Dots (available September 3) to finish the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Jolly Delivery stamp set in Poppy Parade ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then added a strip of North Pole Delivery DSP to finish the inside of the card.

Tax Free Holidays Coming Soon – Save On Stampin’ Up! Supplies!

Woohoo!  Two states have upcoming Back-to-School Sales Tax Holidays this year and some Stampin’ Up! items qualify for the tax break in those states!

The states with upcoming tax holidays are:  Florida and Ohio.  So if you live in one of those states take a second to download the spreadsheet below and mark your calendar!

Here is the list of states having sales tax holidays, what the dates are and what supplies will be tax free during the holiday (click on the image to download a full-size printable page):

Please note that you must place your order with Stampin’ Up! during the tax holiday period in your state in order to receive these items tax-free (which is midnight on the first day to midnight on the last day of the tax holiday).  Also, keep in mind that this is a state sales tax holiday; the state statute may not apply to county, city, and special jurisdiction taxes.

For those wondering about Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, New Jersey, and Wisconsin, those states have suspended the sales tax holiday this year.
