I used the Stampin’ Up! Thoughtful Octopus stamp set from the May Online Exclusives to create a fun thank you card to share today. I also did a quick video showing you how to create this on my YouTube channel right here.
I started by using a Blending Brush to apply Balmy Blue ink with the Water & Dotted Lines Decorative Masks to a panel of Basic White card stock. Then I stamped the octopus image from the Thoughtful Octopus stamp set in Berry Burst ink on the Basic White panel. I stamped the face image from the Thoughtful Octopus stamp set on the octopus in Tuxedo Black Memento ink.
I stamped the seagrass images from the Thoughtful Octopus stamp set in Granny Apple Green and Lemon Lime Twist inks across the bottom of the Basic White panel. Then I stamped the seahorse image from the Thoughtful Octopus stamp set in Crushed Curry ink three times on the panel. I stamped the bubbles from the Thoughtful Octopus stamp set in Balmy Blue ink across the panel.
I stamped the sentiment from the Thoughtful Octopus stamp set in Balmy Blue ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then punched it with one of the openings in the Three Banner Punch. I adhered the sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then adhered the panel to the front of a Thick Basic White card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered six Ladybug Garden Epoxy Dots to the card front to finish it.
I stamped the sentiment from the Thoughtful Octopus stamp set in Balmy Blue ink and the seagrass and seahorse images from the Thoughtful Octopus stamp set in Granny Apple Green, Lemon Lime Twist and Crushed Curry inks on a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
