I used the Stampin’ Up! Splash & Relax stamp set bundle from the Online Exclusives to create a fun card to share with you today. I also did a video tutorial showing you how to create this on my YouTube channel right here.
I started by applying Balmy Blue ink to a panel of Balmy Blue card stock with a Blending Brush. I stamped the shadow images from the Splash & Relax stamp set (Online Exclusive item) in Balmy Blue ink on the Balmy Blue panel. I adhered the inked panel to a the front of a Thick Basic White card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I stamped the inner tube and ball images from the Splash & Relax stamp set in Daffodil Delight and Melon Mambo inks (stamped off once for the more solid images) on a panel of Basic White card stock two times each. I cut the images out with coordinating Splash & Relax Dies (Online Exclusive item).
I adhered the die cut inner tubes and beach balls to the card front with Mini Glue Dots. Then I cut panels of Strawberry Slush and Fresh Freesia Two-Tone Cardstock with the flip flop and sunglasses dies from the Splash & Relax Dies. I cut a panel of Basic Black card stock with the sunglasses lens die from the Splash & Relax Dies. I adhered the die cut pieces together with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and Mini Glue Dots.
I stamped the sentiment from the Splash & Relax stamp set in Fresh Freesia ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then cut around it with one of the Nested Essentials Dies. I adhered the sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then adhered the sunglasses and flip flops die cuts with Mini Glue Dots to the card front. I added three Shimmering Dots to finish the card front.
I stamped the beach ball and inner tube images from the Splash & Relax stamp set in Daffodil Delight and Melon Mambo inks (stamped off once for the more solid images) on a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
