I used the Stampin’ Up! Rolling Waves stamp set to create my project for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. We’ve got a theme challenge this week and this is what I made for it.

Here is the theme that we’re all using this week:

I started by stamping the large sand image from the Rolling Waves stamp set (Online Exclusive item) in Crumb Cake ink several times across the front of a Thick Basic White card base. Then I stamped the shells and starfish images from the Rolling Waves stamp set in Crumb Cake ink over the card front. Then I cut a panel of Basic White card stock three times with one of the Stylish Shapes Dies.

I stamped the large image and the water image from the Rolling Waves stamp set in Coastal Cabana ink across all three die cut circles. I adhered the circles to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I cut panels of Daffodil Delight, Fresh Freesia and Strawberry Slush Two-Tone Cardstock with the flip flops dies from the Splash & Relax Dies (Online Exclusive item) and then adhered the die cuts together with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the flip flops to the circle die cuts with Mini Glue Dots.

I tied a small bow with Linen Thread and then adhered it with a Mini Glue Dot to the card front. I stamped the sentiment from the Rolling Waves stamp set in Coastal Cabana ink on a panel of Basic White card stock. I cut the sentiment out with one of the Lovely Arrangement Dies and then adhered the die cut with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added two Simmering Dots to the card front to finish it.

I stamped the sentiment in Coastal Cabana ink and the sand, shells and starfish images in Crumb Cake ink from the Rolling Waves stamp set on Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
