I used the Stampin’ Up! Balloon Festoon stamp set bundle to create a quick birthday card to share with you today. I also did a quick video showing you how to create this on my YouTube channel right here.
My card was loosely inspired by Freshly Made Sketches #743.
I started by stamping the confetti image from the Balloon Festoon stamp set in Pool Party ink across a panel of Basic White card stock. Then I stamped the streamer image from the Balloon Festoon stamp set in Flirty Flamingo and Daffodil Delight inks across the panel. I stamped the balloon string images from the Balloon Festoon stamp set in Basic Gray ink on the Basic White panel three times (twice for the “taller” balloon) and then adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Pool Party card stock with Stampin’ Seal.
I adhered the layered panel to the Flirty Flamingo card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I cut panels of patterned paper from the Beautiful Ordinary Life DSP with the second smallest balloon die from the Balloon Festoon Dies. I stamped the balloon string image from the Balloon Festoon stamp set in Basic Gray ink on the bottom of the die cuts and then adhered the die cuts with Stampin’ Seal and Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.
I stamped the sentiment from the Balloon Festoon stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Basic Black card stock, sprinkled it with white embossing powder from the Basics Wow! Embossing Powder and then heat embossed it. I cut the sentiment out with one of the Stylish Shapes Dies and then adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals to finish it.
I stamped the sentiment from the Balloon Festoon stamp set in Basic Gray ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then stamped the balloon images in Pool Party and Flirty Flamingo inks to finish the inside of the card.
