I am sharing a card that I made with the new Stampin’ Hot Foil System with you today! I used the Butterfly Flight, Sweetly Sentiment and Swiss Dots Hot Foil Dies to create this card. I also did a video tutorial showing you how I made this card on my YouTube channel and you can find it right here.
I started by using the Swiss Dots Hot Foil Die and Gold Stampin’ Hot Foil Rolls to foil a White Willow card stock panel. Then I adhered the foiled panel to the front of a Thick Basic White card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered another panel of White Willow card stock to the card front with Stampin’ Seal. I cut a panel of Peaceful Pine Two-Tone Cardstock with the dies from the greenery dies from Butterfly Flight Hot Foil Dies and then adhered the die cuts to the card front with Mini Glue Dots.
I used the Butterfly Flight Hot Foil Dies and Gold Stampin’ Hot Foil Rolls to foil another panel of White Willow card stock with the butterfly images. Then I used Blending Brushes and the Butterfly Flight Decorative Masks to apply Fresh Freesia, Pool Party and Bubble Bath inks to the foiled panel. Then I used the Butterfly Flight Hot Foil Dies to cut the foiled butterflies. I adhered three of the butterflies to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I used the Sweetly Sentimental Hot Foil Dies and Gold Stampin’ Hot Foil Rolls to foil another panel of White Willow card stock and then cut the sentiments with the coordinating Sweetly Sentimental Hot Foil Dies. I adhered the sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I cut another panel of White Willow card stock with the small butterflies die and then adhered the die cuts to the card front with Mini Glue Dots. I adhered five Pearl Basic Jewels to finish the card front.
I adhered one of the extra foil die cut butterflies with a Mini Glue Dot to a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.

A few notes about the new system:
- Hot Foil results are best with either White Willow or Two-Tone Cardstock. Smoother card stocks like the Two-Tone Cardstock and White Willow will achieve the best results when using the system, but you can use the regular card stocks too.
- The Hot Foil System, foil rolls and new hot foil dies and bundles will be available Friday, July 10, 2026 in the online Stampin’ Up! store.
- A FREE Hot Foil Online Class from Stampin’ Up! is included with your hot foil system purchase (a $30 value!), do not add the class separately to your cart (you’ll be charged for it if you do!). You’ll automatically get a link to it after you purchase the Stampin’ Hot Foil System.
- The Stampin’ Hot Foil system is $160. Dies & foil are sold separately.
