I used the Stampin’ Up! Elegant Leaves stamp set bundle from the upcoming September-December 2026 Catalog to create a thank you card to share today. I also did a video tutorial showing you how to create this on my YouTube channel here!
I started by adhering a panel of patterned paper from the Sunflower Fields DSP (available September 1) to the front of a Cajun Craze card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Then I embossed a panel of Pecan Pie card stock two times with the woodgrain die from the Elegant Leaves Dies (available September 1). I adhered the embossed panel to another panel of Pecan Pie card stock (for added stability) with Stampin’ Seal and then to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I adhered another panel of Sunflower Fields DSP to the embossed card stock panel with Stampin’ Seal. Then I stamped the outline leaf images from the Elegant Leaves stamp set (available September 1) in Cajun Craze, Golden Glow and Daffodil Delight inks on a panel of Basic White card stock. Then I inked the “fill-in” images from the Elegant Leaves stamp set with Sponge Daubers and Cajun Craze, Pecan Pie, Golden Glow and Daffodil Delight inks and I stamped them over the lined leaf images. I cut the leaves out with the coordinating Elegant Leaves Dies and then adhered the die cuts with Mini Glue Dots to the card front.
I adhered loops of Pecan Pie twine from the Neutrals Jute Combo Pack (available September 1) with Mini Glue Dots to the card front. Then I stamped the sentiment from the Elegant Leaves stamp set in Early Espresso ink on a panel of Cajun Craze card stock. I cut the sentiment out with one of the Stylish Shapes Dies and then adhered the sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added two Golden Glow dots from the Radiant Gems (available September 1) to finish the card front.
I stamped the large leaf image from the Elegant Leaves stamp set in Cajun Craze ink on a panel of Basic White card stock. I inked the fill-in leaf image in Cajun Craze and Pecan Pie inks and then stamped it over the lined leaf to finish the inside of the card.

A few notes about the new system:
- Hot Foil results are best with either White Willow or Two-Tone Cardstock. Smoother card stocks like the Two-Tone Cardstock and White Willow will achieve the best results when using the system, but you can use the regular card stocks too.
- The Hot Foil System, foil rolls and new hot foil dies and bundles will be available Friday, July 10, 2026 in the online Stampin’ Up! store.
- A FREE Hot Foil Online Class from Stampin’ Up! is included with your hot foil system purchase (a $30 value!), do not add the class separately to your cart (you’ll be charged for it if you do!). You’ll automatically get a link to it after you purchase the Stampin’ Hot Foil System.
