I used the Stampin’ Up! Welcome Noel stamp set bundle to create my project for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. We’ve got a sketch challenge this week and this is what I made for it.
Here is the sketch that we’re all using this week:
I started by embossing a panel of Pecan Pie card stock with the Softly Woven 3D Embossing Folder (available September 1). I adhered the embossed panel to the front of a Basic Beige card base with Stampin’ Seal.
I stamped the house images from the Welcome Noel stamp set (available September 1) on two panels of Basic White card stock in Pecan Pie ink. Then I cut the images out with the coordinating Welcome Noel Dies (available September 1). I stamped the sentiment from the Noel Tidings stamp set (available September 1) in VersaMark ink on a panel of Basic White card stock, sprinkled it with gold embossing powder from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powder and then heat embossed it.
I cut panels of Peaceful Pine card stock with the tree line die from the Welcome Noel Dies. I adhered the tree line die cuts and house die cuts to a panel of Basic White card stock with Stampin’ Seal. Then I adhered the layered panel to a panel of patterned paper from the Neutral Noel DSP (available September 1) with Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to the card front with Stampin’ Seal and then adhered two Gold Adhesive-Backed Dots (available September 1) to finish the card front.
I stamped the sentiment from the Noel Tidings stamp set in Peaceful Pine ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then stamped the house image from the Welcome Noel stamp set in Pecan Pie ink to finish the inside of the card.
